Is 5 TB the file limit or my total storage?
It is the maximum size of an individual file uploaded to Vault, not a total storage allowance. Publish a copy to workspace Drive or include it in a data room without a smaller per-file limit. In-app preview and editing limits vary by format; originals remain downloadable.
What is the difference between Vault and Drive?
Vault holds your personal files. Workspace Drive contains copies shared with members of the selected workspace, with editing access determined by their role.
Will deleting a Vault original remove the team's copy?
No. Publishing to workspace Drive creates an independent copy, so later changes to the Vault original do not change that shared file.
